Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide.

All orders are shipped from the Philippines. If you do not see shipping offered to your location at checkout, kindly let us know so we can update our shipping locations. Please note that customs may hold up shipping for up to 45 days. You may refer to our shipping policy for more shipping details.

 

How do I make a payment for my order?

We accept PayPal and major credit/debit cards (both international & local orders). PH customers may also opt for local payment methods such as bank or e-wallet transfers.

 

What are your shipping methods?

Registered Mail — also known as snail mail, but with a tracking number.

Express mail - delivers within 3-7 days, faster but with a higher fee, so it's best to share the order with friends/family as it can accommodate up to 500g

 

Will I incur any customs charges when my order arrives?

Some international shipping options may come with brokerage fees. These fees help cover the costs of customs clearance, customs entries, calculating duties and taxes, and making sure your goods are released by customs authorities. We highly encourage you to reach out to your local authorities to understand these potential charges prior to ordering.

**For US buyers**

No, all orders come with an all-inclusive price. The amount you see at checkout is the total you will pay, with no hidden fees or surprise costs.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Unfortunately, we can't accept returns or exchanges, as most of our products are handmade. If (an) item(s) is/are missing, defective, or incorrect, please message us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can work out a solution. Since we might ask you for photos of the outer box and items you have received, please do not throw them away. Include a photo and a description of the issue, along with your Order Number, to ensure a faster resolution.

 

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email 1-3 days after it has been dispatched. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment through the courier's website.

 

My order still has not arrived.

Occasionally, the package does not arrive even after the carrier's standard delivery time has passed. Kindly contact your local post office or the relevant authority in the first instance, providing your tracking number. They will have more information regarding your package delivery. We will also do our best to assist you regarding this issue.

 

May I use another shipping option or a specific shipping company?
