DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Local orders will be shipped via J&T Courier, and a tracking number will be provided. Typically, you can expect your delivery within 2-10 days, depending on your location. All orders are shipped from Caloocan City, Metro Manila.


OVERSEAS SHIPPING
We partner with a reliable third-party courier for international orders, ensuring you receive a tracking number. Generally, deliveries take 15-30 business days, with possible delays depending on your location and customs processing times.


PROCESSING TIME
Please note that during holiday seasons or special promotions, this processing time might be adjusted, but we always strive to ship your items in a timely manner.


FREE SHIPPING GUARANTEE:
Occasionally, we will offer free shipping for our local customers when they spend above a certain threshold. Keep an eye out for these delightful promotions, as they may change from time to time.


ORDERS WITH PRE-ORDER ITEMS
To ensure prompt delivery, we recommend placing separate orders for pre-order items. If a pre-order item is combined with ready-to-ship items, the entire order will be held until the pre-order item arrives. For a smoother experience, please consider ordering ready-to-ship items separately.


IMPORTANT NOTES:
● As a friendly reminder, buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply to their orders. We highly encourage you to reach out to your local authorities to understand these potential charges prior to ordering.

● While we strive for safe and timely delivery, we cannot assume responsibility for delays caused by customs, unforeseen natural occurrences, or transfers between courier services, nor for any additional fees or charges incurred once your package has left the Philippines.

● For US Buyers, all orders come with an all-inclusive price. The amount you see at checkout is the total you will pay, with no hidden fees or surprise costs.

● Orders that are deemed undeliverable by USPS, DHL, or their international partners will unfortunately be canceled. Likewise, orders returned due to unpaid taxes or unsuccessful delivery attempts will also be canceled. However, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us; we’re always here to help find a solution.

● Please remember that all shipping fees are non-refundable.
